Client Service / Front Desk Officer

We are looking to hire a friendly and professional Client Service / Front Desk Officer to join our team at St. Catherine’s Specialist Hospital.

We are committed to delivering quality healthcare and are seeking someone who is polite, organized, and passionate about providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome patients and visitors warmly while attending to them politely

2. Attend to patient inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments

3. Answer phone calls, messages, and emails professionally

4. Schedule appointments and manage patient records

5. Handle front desk documentation and basic administrative tasks

6. ⁠Report directly to the Client Service Manager 

7. Work closely with nurses, doctors, and other hospital staff to ensure smooth operations

8. Maintain a clean, calm, and professional front desk environment


Requirements:

1. Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field

2. At least 2 years experience in a front desk, client service, or customer service role (hospital experience is an advantage)

3. ⁠Must possess good leadership skills

4. ⁠Must be able to withstand stress and work under pressure

5. ⁠Good communication and interpersonal skills

6. ⁠Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, etc.)

7. ⁠Neat appearance, good attitude, and ability to work  shifts including weekends

8. ⁠Honesty, patience, and attention to detail

9. ⁠Must have completed NYSC or have an exemption certificate
